Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving their order, provided the following conditions are met:
● The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
● The exchange request is due to one of the following reasons:
● Incorrect size or color received.
● A manufacturing defect or quality issue.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact our customer service team at lirastudioofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange accordingly.
Important Notes:
● Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges.
● Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide an alternative option.
Color Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure that product images accurately represent the actual items, slight variations in color may occur due to:
● Differences in lighting and photography.
● Natural dye variations in the fabric.
These variations do not qualify for exchanges or refunds
Alteration Service
We offer an alteration service for customers who require adjustments to their purchased items.
● Alteration Fee: PKR 3,000/-
● Payment: A 50% advance payment is required before processing.
● Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to alterations.
